Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea fans have come up with a coalition... and formed a funs club. I wonder if this is an idea form Manchester, Merseyside or London, but its certainly "brilliant" for Uganda which is now gearing for the historic LIVE SOCCER COVERAGE!!
Ugandan would never have been dreaming of this coming to reality this soon? Well on Nov. 2nd 2007, GTV the Super League (nation league) official sponsor will air the first league match. I cant wait for this moment, just have a look at our local stars on Tv, for the very first time in a league clash. Then we can compare ourselves with the well known Nigeria, Cameroon and S.African leagues who have for a long time exposed their talents (ofcourse Uganda has along more than them in reality :-)
Am excited and just waiting to have my first glance. It has gone as far at three local commentators to be the first beneficiaries, to have their say live from London. WOW!
Now this is enough reason to smile... indeed timely for Ugandans to forget about the missed chance to feature in the African Cup of Nations due in Ghana for the first time in 32yrs.
