Fufa boss involved in serious accident


Fufa president Lawrence Mulindwa survived a serious accident when his Toyota Land Cruiser rolled several times in Lwera on the Kampala-Masaka highway.

The Regional Police Commander, southern Andrew Sorowen, explained that Mulindwa’s car - overturned several times after hitting a pothole as he was trying to avoid another vehicle from opposite direction.

Mulindwa, who was heading to Lukaya for a football function, suffered multiple cuts but was reportedly to be out of danger.

The accident spot has had several accidents, many of them involving buses.

However, the other passenger in his car Obua Ssengendo broke his right leg. The two were later transported to Kampala International Hospital for further observation.
